Role: ServiceNow Lead (HRSD Certified)
Location: Houston, TX (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 13 Years overall, with 4 years in a Lead role
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with HRSD Modules and HRSD Enterprise
- In-depth understanding of EC Pro
- Expertise in designing Pre-onboarding and Onboarding processes
- Solutioning experience for Global onboarding scenarios
- Experience handling data privacy, masking, etc.
- Working knowledge of Now Mobile App for HRSD
- Ability to elaborate and tailor solutions for global implementations (e.g., 4 out of 7 countries)
- Awareness of pitfalls: What not to do during HRSD implementations
- Integration experience with Oracle HCM
- Familiarity with HRSD implementation SOW reviews
- Background in DevOps methodologies and practices
