We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outpatient/Inpatient ER Team Lead to join our team at Cynet Health. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will lead the pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care and outcomes in our outpatient and inpatient emergency departments.
**Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans that prioritize patient safety and satisfaction.
* Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
* Conduct regular quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
* Stay current with best practices, guidelines, and industry developments to ensure evidence-based care and optimize resource utilization.
* Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers through empathetic communication and compassion.
**Requirements**
* Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field (e.g., Public Health).
* Seven years of professional experience, with three years of management experience in a similar setting.
* Current and valid state Pharmacy license.
* BLS (within 30 days of hire), ACLS, PALS (PALS can be obtained on-site).
