- 3 years' experience in project management, preferably using a stage gate process involving hardware and software solutions.
- Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
- Good problem solving skills and collaboration across different departments and expert fields.
- Knowledge about the warehouse automation industry is a benefit.
