- Develop NICE Framework work roles that align with existing client roles.
- Develop and implement a roadmap to modify work roles to ensure capability coverage & reduce overlaps.
- Identify and catalogue training programs aligned with client work roles.
- Create and champion training roadmaps for each job role level.
- Lead developers in building an individual dashboard for managing NICE Framework KSTs.
- Lead developers in building a leadership dashboard for managing people capabilities and mentoring coworkers.
- Integrate with a badging system to recognize development and accomplishments.
- Integrate with SAP SuccessFactors for automation and alignment with the wider Human Resources programs.
- Integrate with existing recruitment, training, and retention programs.
- 3-5 years of experience in a cybersecurity capacity.
- 3-5 years of experience with risk management concepts.
- 3-5 years of experience with enterprise cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with the NICE Cybersecurity Workforce Framework.
- Experience building and maintaining collaborative tools in the Microsoft O365 platform.
- Experience creating custom work roles using the NICE Framework.
- Experience developing application integrations with SAP.
- Experience with the Power Platform and Javascript programming languages.
- Experience working in a LEAN environment.
