Responsibilities :
- The Payroll Specialist possesses an extensive background in all payroll processing activities and will perform a wide variety of payroll related tasks.
- Responsible for a wide variety of employee changes, this position requires an individual that has working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Success Factors Employee Central applications.
- This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of biweekly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now.
- Must have the necessary knowledge to act as the subject matter expert for questions / resolution related to ADP, company policies, as well as compliance of federal and state regulations as they relate to payroll tax, wage and hour laws, and garnishments.
- Provide support to the Senior Payroll Manager and act as back up for all roles in the Payroll Team.
- The Senior Payroll Coordinator must be able to effectively manage priorities with great attention to detail while performing a wide variety of routine record keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing wages and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deductions, and processing a variety of manual pay requests
Qualifications :
Pay Rate : $30-$33.87 / hour
Salary : $30 - $34
