Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist :
- Full-time position reporting to the Payroll Supervisor
- Responsible for a wide variety of payroll processing activities
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of biweekly payrolls using ADP Workforce Now
- Acting as the subject matter expert for questions / resolution related to ADP, company policies, as well as compliance of federal and state regulations as they relate to payroll tax, wage and hour laws, and garnishments
- Providing support to the Senior Payroll Manager and acting as back up for all roles in the Payroll Team
