The Strategic Event Coordinator will partner across the organization with internal teams to deliver best-in-class event execution for customers and partners. This highly motivated and organized candidate must have experience supporting complex in-person events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support content workstreams for asset reviews and updates
- Monitor and approve content, engaging with speakers as needed
- Contribute to content programming pre-event, onsite, and post-event recap
- Support key content-specific launches related to the website and Speaker Resource Center
- Monitor and respond to event-specific email alias
The ideal candidate will be data-driven when evaluating the effectiveness of events and bring a fun, creative, positive energy to work every day.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience supporting large-scale events with an enterprise tech company
- Experience managing content
- Strong communication skills, including presentation, written, and verbal
- Customer service experience and a solution-oriented approach
