**Job Responsibilities:
- Safety and Compliance:** Ensure the safety of the work environment at all times, comply with Safety policies, rules, and regulations
- Work Crew Management:** Manage work crews and ensure assigned tasks are completed safely and efficiently
- Project Coordination:** Plan and coordinate daily operations, including scheduling, materials ordering, and equipment needs
- Reporting:** Report labor, equipment, and materials used; analyze and report actual costs to budget
**Requirements:**
- 5 years of progressive construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to rapidly learn computer and software applications for record keeping and reporting
- Proven leadership and supervisory abilities
