The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in bridge, general heavy highway, and/or marine construction, as well as strong leadership skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities include monitoring crew production, ensuring compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations, and leading by example in areas of safety, work product, and work ethic.
Essential Functions:
- Perform a variety of tasks that may include periodically having to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods of time, stretch, walk, climb, and bend under potentially adverse field conditions
- Be able to follow safety protocol, which includes being able to perform visual tasks such as back-up spotting and hear and react to back-up alarms
