DCI Engineers, a leading structural and civil engineering consulting firm with 20 offices spanning the United States, has an opportunity for a full-time Administrative Assistant / Office Manager in its Austin office, with responsibilities supporting DCI's Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Denver operations.
Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant / Office Manager :
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the offices, including processing expense reports, data entry, managing office supplies, and planning and executing office events.
- Draft and develop project proposals, establish base contract fees, and manage RFP processes.
- Proof and edit letters and reports. Format project specifications.
- Enter project information into company project management database.
- Coordinate marketing communications and serve as liaison between office and Marketing team.
- Review accounts receivable.
- Support team members with administrative project coordination duties.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
- Provide other office and project support as needed.
