Our goal is to instill confidence, teamwork, and discipline in each of our athletes through expert coaching and a focus on player development.
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate, experienced Baseball Instructor who embodies D-BAT’s core values and is committed to developing players on and off the field. As a D-BAT Instructor, you will work closely with athletes, helping them reach their full potential by improving their technical skills, baseball IQ, and understanding of the game.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct private and group baseball training sessions tailored to players' needs and skill levels.
· Teach and reinforce fundamentals in hitting, fielding, pitching, and other key areas.
· Develop and implement training programs to enhance player performance, incorporating drills, exercises, and personalized coaching.
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of D-BAT’s core values: Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Teaching, and a Dedication to Player Development.
· Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to support players’ physical and mental growth.
· Ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging training environment in line with D-BAT’s standards.
· Maintain safety protocols and manage equipment.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of college-level baseball playing experience.
· Strong understanding of baseball fundamentals and techniques.
· Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching and coaching.
· Ability to work well with athletes of all ages and skill levels.
· Willingness to uphold D-BAT’s commitment to excellence and player development.
