Superintendent - Multi Family Construction

D.F. Pray General Contractors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Project Execution: Oversee all aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among site personnel.
• Safety and Quality: Ensure adherence to company safety policies and quality standards.
• Communication: Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family construction, with a proven track record of success.
• Licenses and Certifications: Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license.
• Skills: Procore Project Management software, scheduling and job costing software, Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, Solid Works, Inventor.
