Department Coordinator

Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Service Coordinator, in our Huntsville, AL office, who will effectively coordinate field employees to provide service to the customer’s satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule technicians to customer job sites
• Continually ensure technicians’ schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in correct technicians’ schedules for materials ordered, billing and voided tickets
• Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling
• Work with service quotes
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
• Proven ability to implement process improvements
• Must have excellent communication and organizational skills with mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Ability to effectively communicate and represent the company in a professional manner
• Must have the understanding and willingness to work overtime as necessary, to include weekends
