We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at D. Michael B's Resort Bar & Grill.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with experience in overseeing front-of-house staff and maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of the restaurant.
A key responsibility of this role will be to work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall restaurant performance.
In addition to your management experience, you will also be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising front-of-house staff, as well as ensuring that all guests receive excellent service.

Requirements:
- 1 years of serving experience required
- 1 years of kitchen/FOH management experience required
- Previous bartending experience a plus
- Weekend availability required
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Excellent communication skills
