What Youll Do as a Production Manager:
? Supervise and direct all production staff, ensuring repairs are completed correctly and on time
? Assign work to technicians based on skill level and maintain production efficiency
? Hold daily meetings with technicians to review schedules, priorities, and accountability plans
? Oversee quality control and inspect repairs before vehicle delivery
? Maintain repair status in CCC1 and ensure accurate documentation
? Coach, train, and motivate technicians to create a high-performing team
? Identify and resolve production delays or quality concerns immediately
What You Need to Succeed:
? 5 years of auto body collision repair experience
? Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced collision repair shop
? I-CAR certification & ASE training (preferred)
? Strong knowledge of repair operations, estimating software, and CCC1
? Excellent problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills
? A valid drivers license and insurable driving record
