About the Role

As an Entry-Level Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll interact with customers in a multi-channel, fast-paced environment, proactively reaching out to potential customers to promote our products and services. This role requires confidence in handling customer inquiries and making outbound calls to connect with new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Engagement: Proactively make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide outstanding service through various channels (phone, email, chat) to address inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Problem Solving: Think on your feet to deliver quick, effective solutions that ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our offerings to provide accurate and detailed information to customers.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and report customer feedback to help us continuously improve our products and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
  • Ownership: Take initiative by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and enhance the organization’s reputation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various customer service software and tools; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and customer needs.
  • Positive Attitude: A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for helping others and achieving goals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred
