We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leader in the manufacturing industry. Worksite Location : Fridley, MN
Contract Duration : 6-12 months
Compensation : $30.00-$34.00 per hour

What you'll do as an Accounts Receivable Specialist :

Answer all telephone calls, voicemails, emails, etc., in a timely and professional manner

Process all order-related matters in our ERP system (IFS)

Create projects or proposals and properly document them

Guide and maintain the proper, desired status of every client program : work order, production, order completion, shipment / delivery, and schedules

Research, investigate, and secure all appropriate tax validations or compliance with ordinances

Follow-up with every client after each billing to ensure timely payments to our company

Maintain an organized work area each day, as the volume of business must be addressed, implemented, resolved, and concluded timely and responsibly

Follow instruction and directions exceptionally well

Contribute and actively participate in the invoicing of our clients

Maintain close attention to our established quality and accuracy standards

What you'll bring to the Accounts Receivable Specialist role :

High School Diploma or GED

3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit and / or Collection Services in a manufacturing environment

Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs

Proficiency in ERP software systems, ideally IFS

Moderate to advanced computer and mathematical skills are required

Ability to communicate clearly and timely, while working exceedingly well in our team environment
