Worksite Location : Granite Falls, MN
Compensation : $20.00-$28.00 per hour
What you’ll do as an Information Technology Support Specialist :
Learn and maintain ongoing operation of Project Turnabout operation systems including supporting the following applications
Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
Maintain current hardware, software, and AV
Configure hardware to organization standards (memory, storage)
Oversee security to meet confidentiality needs of Project Turnabout
Work with IT vendor(s) for system needs : replacements, upgrades, licensing, etc.
Develop and execute plans for system maintenance, security compliance, and upgrades as needed
Collaborate with leadership to prioritize project initiatives goals and objectives
What you’ll bring to the Information Technology Support Specialist role :
Must be 21 years of age or older
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field
Professional demeanor
Must have a good driving record
Must meet MN Dept. of Human Services criminal background study approval
Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems and programs including Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Server OS, working with data bases etc.
Knowledge of computer networks, network administration and network installation (basic switch, router, and TCP / IP setup)
Knowledge of computer troubleshooting to minimize work disruptions for end users
Knowledge of computer security management using anti-virus and data loss prevention tools as well as any other tools that support HIPAA / Privacy requirements for users / customers
