What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Lead to join our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and providing expert guidance to the team.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of logistics activities.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor and coach new warehouse employees, promoting a positive and productive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and work instructions, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements

• 5 years of warehouse experience with operating industrial lift trucks.
• Forklift and Reach Truck certification (successful completion of in-house training and certification).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively train and direct employees.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
