Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Daikin. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous responses to calls coming into the Technical Support Center hotline.
• Offer pre and post-sales technical support via telephone and email.
• Assist Representatives, Distributors, and Contractors in troubleshooting and in the application of Daikin equipment.
• Log all calls and incidents into the CRM module to track information by customer, model number, and project.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Daikin equipment and products.
• Experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
