Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Closings :
- Conducts thorough reviews of all final sales contract documentation with customers.
- Verifies purchase details, including annual usage, membership and exchange fees, financing options, and product descriptions.
- Ensures accuracy of loan terms and payment schedules with customers.
- Confirms that the purchase was accurately represented by the sales team and secures necessary signatures from all relevant parties.
- Reviews pending payments with customers, if applicable.
- Participates in ongoing customer service training sessions.
