Position Summary:
This position is an ON-SITE in-office position in our Carlisle, PA office with hours Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
Under direct supervision, work duties include but are not limited to performing basic general support of our underwriting department to include data entry, requesting reports, processing policy changes and related forms and handling billing questions.
Position Requirements:
- Excellent written, verbal and mathematic skills.
- Working knowledge of current PC software such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Accountable, ethical, committed attitude and values.

- Ability to operate in a team environment with the expectation of enhancing and contributing to DUOA’s overall effectiveness and success.

- Able to maintain strict confidence regarding information contained in assigned work.
- Ability to professionally interact with all levels of personnel as well as, clients, vendors, and all other office visitors.
Eligibility Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one-year transferrable work experience within an office environment.

- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States must be provided if selected for hire.
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, DUOA hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. - Must be willing to execute DUOA’s Employee Agreement of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement which requires, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non- solicitation, confidentiality and non-disclosure.
