As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality sushi dishes that delight our guests while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Duties
- Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and maki rolls.
- Plan menus that incorporate seasonal ingredients and cater to dietary preferences.
- Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in sushi preparation techniques.
- Stay updated on current culinary trends and incorporate new ideas into the menu.
