Administrative Operations Specialist – Burlington MA
A real estate private equity firm located north of Boston is looking to bring on an Administrative Operations Specialist to assist in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. We are seeking candidates who are early in their career and have a passion for the real estate PE industry. This opportunity will require an onsite, 5 days/week schedule and offer up to $65,000 on a base a strong bonus and 100% benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Manage DocuSign process for timely investment documents and agreements
- Ensure conference rooms and kitchen areas are stocked and organized
- Oversee receipt, sorting, and distribution of mail and packages
- Ensure pick-up of outgoing mail/packages at day’s end
- Assist with client meetings, from setup to cleanup
- Maintain and organize office supply inventory, ordering as needed
- Work with building engineers for repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with external vendors for office-related services
- Assist with organizing departmental and client events
- Collaborate with Administrative Services team for duty coverage
- Liaise with the firms’ PEO on HR administrative tasks
- Support onboarding, including workspace setup and equipment
- Identify and address potential employee satisfaction issues
- Lead internal initiatives to improve office efficiency
- BA/BS degree required
- 1-3 years of prior administrative or tenant coordination experience within real estate or financial services
- Strong MS Office experience
- Must be highly organized and have excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to go onsite 5 days/week
