Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the client and matter intake process, ensuring prompt and accurate conflict resolution.
- Develop and maintain a structured conflict management framework to support firm operations.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure intake data accuracy and completeness.
- Work closely with attorneys to evaluate and clear conflicts of interest.
- Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive conflict records, engagement letters, and waivers.
- Utilize internal and external research tools to analyze corporate affiliations and historical waivers.
- Ensure secure documentation and storage of conflict resolution materials.
- Generate and review reports to verify intake records align with firm policies.
- Coordinate with the Records Department to facilitate matter-related documentation processing.
- Accurately classify new client matters by practice area and legal specialty.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on legal ethics, conflicts of interest, and best practices in client intake.
- Prepare conflict reports for senior leadership, including Practice Group Chairs and the Risk Management Committee.
- Train and support staff on intake and conflict resolution procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4–5 years of experience in legal intake, conflicts resolution, compliance, or regulatory operations.
- Experience with Elite 3E or similar financial systems is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (JD) preferred, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of legal ethics, conflict of interest rules, and regulatory procedures.
- Proven ability to train and lead staff on firm-wide processes.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Elite 3E.
