What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Data Coordinator position at Daltile?
- Assist in developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures tailored to the Supply Chain function.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and guidelines across supply chain operations.
- Implement data quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy and consistency of supply chain data.
- Monitor and address data quality issues to maintain data integrity and reliability.
- Work closely with Business Intelligence and Supply Chain analytics teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Assist in driving initiatives to enhance data analysis capabilities specific to supply chain operations.
- Actively participate in group activities and collaborate with team.
- Participate in generating alternative solutions and evaluating their feasibility.
- Provide basic analysis and apply knowledge from experience or standard procedure to solve problems.
- Identify, define, and address problems that are standard, readily identifiable, and typically within the immediate job area.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
