About the position
The SAP Master Data Coordinator is responsible for managing and setting up new product material information for global accounts related to popular card games and board games. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system, supporting manufacturing processes, and maintaining data governance standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with other functional departments to ensure all required information is provided for new materials setup.
- Create data models that reflect manufacturing processes and capabilities.
- Map customer orders into BOM / BOL documents for data structure creation.
- Scrutinize bill of material quantities and costs for accuracy.
- Uphold the quality, accuracy, and consistency of product data within the SAP system.
- Support data governance policies and standards across departments.
- Maintain documentation of processes surrounding custom transactions and procedures.
- Optimize the creation and update process in SAP and other tools.
- Define streamlined processes for supply chain parameters and product data workflows in SAP.
- Support regular audits and reviews of the SAP PDM system for improvements.
- Provide tier-2 support for SAP Product Master Data issues.
- Support SAP PDM-related projects from planning to execution.
- Analyze product data trends and provide insights to stakeholders.
