What You'll Do:
- Prepare parts with the chemicals for Coating Set up
- Sandblast parts for Coating
- Run parts through the chemical cleaning/coating tank
- Perform inspections on parts processed
- Maintain proper temperature and concentration in tanks
- Maintain proper records
- Perform preventative maintenance on blasting equipment
- Make suggestions regarding changes to improve department processes to maximize efficiencies and quality
- Conduct/assist in training as required
- Adhere to procedures and instructions
- Attend periodic departmental meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned or as required
What is required?
- 2 years Coating/Sandblasting Experience
Required Experience:
- Coating Application: 2 years
- Phosphate Coating: 2 years
- Xylan Coating: 2 years
Hourly Pay: Depending on experience
