Do you love working with families and creating a welcoming environment? Dana Mannix Gymnastics Center is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our gym, you’ll play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our gymnasts and their families. You’ll help with class registrations, answer phone calls, manage payments, and assist with day-to-day operations to keep our gym running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist gymnasts, parents, and visitors with a smile
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Process class registrations, payments, and account inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide support to coaches and staff as needed

Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Basic computer skills (experience with class management software is a plus!)
Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts
