We're seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Resident Care Companions or STNAs (State Tested Nursing Assistants). These roles play a vital part in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
**What You'll Do**
As a Resident Care Companion or STNA, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Assisting with daily personal care routines, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Helping residents with meal preparation, serving, and clean-up
- Escorting residents to activities, social programs, and appointments
- Performing various other tasks as needed to ensure our residents' comfort and well-being
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- STNA certification for STNA positions
- No certification required for Resident Care Companion positions
- Experience working in a similar capacity in a senior living setting is helpful but not required
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for seniors
