Project Management:
This role requires project management skills, including developing project plans, coordinating projects, communicating changes and progress effectively, completing projects on time and budget, managing project team activities, prioritizing and planning work activities, reacting well under pressure, dealing with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events, taking independent actions and calculated risks, and asking for and offering help when needed.
The employee will be required to stand around 8 hours a day, work in various weather conditions, and endure long or irregular work hours during and leading up to actual events.
