DandyMen Co. is on a mission to democratize premium grooming, delivering professional, barber-backed products to men everywhere. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and content performance through influencer marketing, organic social, affiliate programs, and UGC strategies.
You’ll lead our Content Acquisition & Social Growth strategy, acting as both a strategist and executor across high-impact marketing channels. Success in this role means you’re not just building content pipelines—you’re growing the brand’s cultural footprint, increasing customer engagement, and directly impacting revenue through smart, performance-driven content and partnerships.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to the executive team, with opportunities to collaborate across product, eCommerce, and creative.
- Building a consistent, scalable flow of creator and community-driven content
- Launching influencer campaigns that generate high engagement, positive sentiment, and strong conversion
- Driving social channel growth through trend-aligned, brand-relevant organic content
- Growing an affiliate and ambassador program that supports customer acquisition
- Aligning content strategy with the marketing calendar, launches, and seasonal promos
- Develop and manage the influencer & creator marketing strategy, from recruitment to content delivery
- Build and scale pipelines for UGC and ambassador-driven content
- Lead organic social content development, posting cadence, and trend monitoring across platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Own and grow affiliate and ambassador marketing programs, including outreach, tracking, and performance optimization
- Collaborate across teams to ensure marketing calendar alignment, homepage and email content support, and campaign messaging
- Measure and report on KPIs including: Engagement Rate, Content Volume, Conversion Rate, Follower Growth, Brand Sentiment, and Affiliate Revenue
- 3–5 years experience in marketing, influencer relations, or social media management, ideally in a DTC, grooming, beauty, or lifestyle brand
- Strong understanding of organic content, creator ecosystems, and trend-driven marketing
- Proven experience managing creators, influencers, or ambassadors from outreach to execution
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creative Center, CreatorIQ, Klaviyo, or equivalent platforms
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, eComm, and executive teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize for performance
