Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

Mid-sized women-owned education law firm with statewide practice representing school and community college districts seeks an attorney to join its Litigation practice group. If you are interested in joining a team that works on landmark cases, we encourage you to apply.Candidates will be considered for the following DWK offices : San Francisco, Long Beach, San Diego, Sacramento, East Bay, FresnoQualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of litigation experience, including the below qualifications : Experience working on complex civil litigation matters from initiation to resolution including arbitration, mediation and / or trialsStrong case management skills, including ability and initiative to complete assignments, manage deadlines and move matters forwardAbility to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesExcellent writing, research, analytical, and communication skillsFlexibility, initiative, and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters arising in representing public entitiesEducation law experience and / or public entity experience preferredPrior experience with insurance defense and personal injury defense a plusAdmission to the California State BarAn offer of employment will be contingent upon being fully vaccinated and providing proof of your COVID-19 vaccine upon commencing employment.
