$46,000/year
Danville Services is dedicated to helping every person achieve his or her desired quality of life. People with a disability often require assistance to navigate life’s daily challenges. Are you looking to make a difference in people's lives? Do you want a job that is more than just a paycheck? Are you empathetic and compassionate? Help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their unique desired quality of life.
The ideal candidate already knows they are meant for this position. Whether you have recent experience as a case manager or have been missing this type of work, you are ready to apply your knowledge in this administrative position. We understand different people work differently, and we want everyone we hire to be inspired and love what they do. This means that we provide the resources to continue learning and give you the flexibility to tailor your schedule to the needs of each program.
We take education seriously; part of that philosophy includes the ongoing support and continued training of our Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDP). We are looking for experienced case managers and leaders who embrace those ideals and love bringing joy to others. This is a fast-paced position that requires organization and the ability to problem-solve.
As a QIDP, you'll provide guidance to managers and employees, coordinate services with and for the people Danville supports, and become a resource and mentor for all involved. The QIDP must communicate effectively with all departments, including the scheduling team, which is comprised of the Program Director and Lead Managers. The QIDP focuses on the individualized plans and progress for 16 adults, which includes monitoring the environmental safety of the assigned 4 home caseload. The QIDP authors plan and train staff and managers collaboratively with the supported person.
Emergency-related calls should be expected as they arise with follow-through on incident reporting. Danville will provide the tools and training to be successful.
Danville offers outstanding benefits. Employees enjoy a flexible paid time off schedule, medical, dental, and life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, a Flexible Spending Account, an Employee Assistant Program, and ongoing training and development. Finally, Danville employees see that they are truly making a difference in the lives of the people supported.
