Description
Darigold is seeking a Sanitation Utility at our Sunnyside, Washington location. This role with maintain hygiene standards in and around he production facility.
What You Will Do
- Production Area Sanitation : Clean floors, drains, and walls in production areas to maintain hygiene standards. Inventory sanitation items and maintain the chemical storage area (put barrels and totes where needed).
- Plant Cleanliness : Regularly monitor and maintain cleanliness throughout the plant.
- Equipment Cleanin g : Assist in cleaning equipment using Clean-In-Place (CIP) procedures.
- Grounds : Cleans up the plant’s exterior, including trash pickup.
- Tool Organization : Maintain and organize cleaning tools such as mop buckets, brooms, and dust mops.
- Training Compliance : Successfully complete GMP and other quality control training courses.
- Forklift Operation : Pass Darigold forklift training and operate the forklift as needed.
- Other Duties as assigned.
