Duties

- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in office tasks as needed to support the customer service department.
Requirements
