Customer Service Representative
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Interact with our clients by providing product and service information
- Resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction
- Answer incoming calls and make out going calls as needed.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and agents
- Process client payments
- Organize and maintain file system
- File insurance claims
- Help order and maintain supplies and arrange office equipment maintenance, as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Have general knowledge of computers and computer systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have knowledge of secretarial, office administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
