The Accounting Manager ensures timely income statements, balance sheets, accounts payable, payroll, corporate billings, capital draw requests and accounts receivables are all performed in accordance with accounting standards and proper internal controls. Oversees the accounting functions that are performed by on-site property managers.
Duties and Responsibilities-
- Recommend ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
- Prepare documentation for External Auditors.
- Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and alert the CFO if necessary.
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist the CFO in running audits.
- Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team.
- Processes bi-monthly payroll.
