Job Summary

This role is responsible for selling various product lines to business establishments that are listed as part of your base. Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth, while managing relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in e-Commerce and inside sales. The duties are listed below:

Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Aftermarket Car Audio sales experience or Consumer Electronics sales experience
• 12-volt installation experience a plus
• Sales experience required.
• Must be able to travel occasionally.

Primary Job Duties

• Make outbound lead follow up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone or emails to qualify leads, sell product, and service.
• Compiles list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trades shows, direct mail responses, business directories, internet web sites and other sources.
• Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert call into sales.
• Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.
• Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
• Builds and maintains customer relationships.
• Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.
• Other duties may be assigned

Physical Demands/Environment:

• Regularly required to stand in one place; walk; use hands and arms, to handle, or reach; talk/communicate; ability to hear and see; ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Frequently required to stoop, kneel or crouch; use color vision; work near moving mechanical parts or objects.
• Occasionally required to stand in one place; use color vision; Occasionally exposed to fumes and/or chemicals; work in outdoor weather conditions and work in high places; subject to vibrations; ability to move up to 50 lbs. or greater with team assist and/or equipment.
• Noise level ranges from quiet to moderate.
