Job Title: UKG HRIS Administrator
The UKG HRIS Administrator serves as the technical subject matter expert (SME) and system administrator for the UKG HRIS system. This role provides technical support and ongoing maintenance for the HRIS system, including security, configuration, testing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for HRIS system, including but not limited to Configuration, Security, and file/data transfers.
- Serve as Technical Point of Contact for designated UKG HRIS products and assist SME's, payroll, and HRIS team with maintaining data integrity, report writing, and testing of configuration changes.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system, integration, and interface issues and unexpected results. Work with internal teams and escalate identified issues as appropriate.
Projects/Process Improvement:
- Participate in HRIS and payroll related projects to streamline and improve efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate any changes to other areas within HR/Payroll.
- Develop and maintain SME procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS systems administration, preferably with UKG Pro products and Work Force Management.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
