Job Title: UKG HRIS System Administrator
The UKG HRIS Administrator is the technical subject matter expert and system administrator for the UKG HRIS system, providing technical support and ongoing maintenance. This includes security configuration, testing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for the HRIS system, including configuration, security, and data transfers.
- Serve as Technical Point of Contact for designated UKG HRIS products and assist SME's, payroll, and HRIS team with maintaining data integrity and report writing.
- Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues, integration problems, and unexpected results. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate identified issues as appropriate.
Projects/Process Improvement:
- Participate in HRIS projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness, communicating changes to other areas within HR/Payroll.
- Develop and maintain procedures, guidelines, and documentation for SMEs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HRIS systems administration, preferably with UKG Pro products and Work Force Management.
