Data Heroes Consulting is looking for a Training Coordinator with ability to coordinate training scheduling, gathering attendance, posting recordings, and chasing down data from all ends of the earth.
Key Responsibilities:
An extensive amount of computer-based processing is required including but not limited to:
- Coordinate Training Schedules
- Collecting/gathering data from various sources like Outlook and Excel
- Using Smartsheet apps to manage/record data.
- Use and update Excel spreadsheets
- Interfacing with clients directly to coordinate and collect and track data points.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Minimum 2 years College level education. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, Accounting, Communications or similar preferred.
- Must be fluent in English skills.
- Basic clerical and administrative skills such as word processing and database management are necessary.
- Experience and fluency in Microsoft Office/MS Office 365 applications such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint are a must.
- Experience with Smartsheet is a PLUS.
- Must be willing to sign non-disclosure agreement as will be working with sensitive, proprietary information
- Must be willing to work as a contractor (1099)
Additional Characteristics for Training Coordinator:
- Detail-oriented and able to concentrate for long periods of time
- Must have excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor
- Willing to have fluctuating hours, based on project demands
- Eastern or Central Standard Time Zone location/working hours preferred
- Prior experience in Data Processing preferred
- Prior experience with Smartsheet preferred
The scope of work may be performed remotely provided Specialist has access to reliable, high-speed internet, a high-performance Windows PC and strong cellular communications. This contract role is part-time, temporary/project-based in nature but could extend into additional projects and/or grow in scope as new contracts become available.
PAY COMMENSURATE WITH MARKET AND EXPERIENCE
Job Types: Flexible time commitment based on need, Contract basis
Schedule: Revolves around Eastern Time Zone business hours
Work Location: Remote
