TITLE: Team Lead
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations
STATUS: Hourly
LOCATION: Remote
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
PAY: $24/hr
JOB SUMMARY: The DVFS Team Lead is responsible for DVFS processing staff in coordination with DVFS manager and supervisor. The Team Lead handles the day-to-day development and goals of the department, while working to ensure long term goals are still reached. The Team Lead is the first point of communication between team and management and offers observation and coaching when needed by team members.
