Job Description:
1.At least 5 to 7 years of experience of handling Java Backend development projects within the Banking and Financial Services as Scrum Master ·
2.Experience in Jira is mandatory.
2.Any prior knowledge in Java, Spring boot, Micro Services, Kafka is a plus ·
3.Experience in Agile Management and/or serving as Scrum Master. ·
4.Management of more than one significant project at a time.
4.Prior experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager is a plus ·
5.Practical use of quality management tools and techniques. ·
6.Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) is mandatory ·
Exceptional people skills. Comfortable working with a diverse group of people and serve as arbitrator when conflicts arise. ·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
