Responsibilities

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and project management principles and practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Jira Align).
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of software development processes.
  
  

Skills

• Ability to influence without authority.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Familiarity with data analysis and delivery metrics.
