Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for CRM enhancements.
- Manage system administration tasks, ensuring optimal performance and security of the CRM environment.
- Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment processes.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure data security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNS, VPN, and computer networking as they pertain to CRM functionality.
- Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), from planning through implementation and support.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of system administration principles and practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools, particularly Jenkins.
- Knowledge of solution architecture concepts related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and computer networking fundamentals.
- Experience with DNS configurations and VPN setups is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration within teams.
