Job Duties:
- Review all participant files to ensure the accuracy of data migrated from SPARQ to GPMS.
- Track durational limits, slots, new intakes, exits, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into GPMS and participant files.
- Communicate effectively with management and staff, both verbally and in writing.
- Provide consistent project management guidance, system tools, and metrics for outcomes.
- Develop methods for measuring effectiveness and sustainability; conduct periodic assessments.
- Create executive-level Excel dashboards to report overall program health.
- Assist in identifying and analyzing program-level risks and opportunities.
- Provide technical assistance to program staff as needed.
- Meet productivity and quality standards for program data.
- Identify operational problems and suggest process improvements.
- Evaluate and assess program strengths and weaknesses.
- Meet with program staff to discuss program status and goals.
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Candidate Submission Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Reside in one of the program’s counties in the North (Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Union) or South (Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Monmouth, Sussex).
- Willingness to travel to Northern and Southern counties, as well as the Central Office in Trenton.
- Must work in the field 3 days a week and remotely 2 days a week.
- Full access to own vehicle at all times.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $34.00 - $34.04 per hour
