The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) seek a talented Workflow Support Specialist.
This role will provide technical support and guidance to staff and maintain a well-functioning OnBase database system to support our genealogy workflows. The OnBase database allows our genealogists to track, and process, scanned membership application materials through our approval process. This database is a vital resource that allows us to ensure all steps in the process are met and completed. The person in this role will train staff and monitor and resolve questions or issues submitted to our electronic application helpdesk.
Our ideal candidate will possess technical acumen, coupled with strong project management and customer service skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience with OnBase software administration preferred or the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate understanding.
- Minimum of 1 years in a service-oriented role.
- The ability to administer and explain departmental workflows and how databases support the work.
- Past experience as a training provider is a plus.
- The ability to setup and install personal computers and peripherals and troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Knowledge of genealogical research is a plus.
- May require some physical activity including lifting objects up to 10 lbs., bending, sitting, and climbing stairs or ladders.
Perks and Pay:
- Hiring annual salary range from $46,000 to $55,000, with the final determination based upon the candidate's overall experience.
