About the Role
Dava is looking for an associate marketing director to lead our marketing strategy, oversee campaigns and drive brand growth. The idea candidate is savvy about the creator industry, has experience working in marketing, social media, and more.
Part time role: Around 20 hours per week starting.
Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy with your team
- Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Partnerships & PR: Build relationships with media, influencers, and strategic partners to expand reach.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze data, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Events: Manage events, online performance, and strategy with overall marketing & sales team
- Lead Projects: Lead website updates, landing pages, work with our design & creatives team, and more.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years in marketing and/or leadership roles
- Must use social media platforms on a daily basis
- Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, social media, paid media, and brand strategy.
- Must take constructive feedback positively & work in a team environment
- Emotional Intelligence
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Must be able to work in ambiguity
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Understands big picture strategy, able to have high level conversations and also execute on day to day tasks
