Strategic Responsibility:
The Client Development Coordinator for Integrated Music Rights supports the revenue, reach, and impact of the assigned client base. They assist in fostering positive relationships with artists/songwriters and labels/publishers, ensuring alignment with Integritys values, culture, and mission, and contributing to the achievement of established ministry goals.
Job Description:
Support the development and maintenance of positive working relationships with the Integrity Team and IMR clients, including artists/songwriters and labels/publishers, in alignment with Integritys mission, culture, and values.
Onboard new IMR clients, including owning the process with all assigned artists.
Maintain an awareness of the global digital music and music services landscape (e.g., distribution, song administration, label services), focusing on identifying opportunities to support client services and contribute to revenue growth for IMR and our clients.
Assist in the preparation and participation of business review meetings (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and as needed) with assigned artists, supporting the Director and the broader Integrity Music team in established client meetings. Document meeting results and outcomes and assist in translating them into actionable strategies.
Support the Director, Client Development, in developing and enhancing relationships with key social media accounts.
Position Requirements:
Formal Education: High School Diploma/GED required. An associate degree in Business or a related field is preferred. 2 years experience in working experience is also acceptable for this position in lieu of education.
Experience: 12 years of experience, with familiarity in the Christian Music/Gospel and worship music space required.
Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Ability to problem-solve with a win-win approach. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external contacts. Basic understanding of business processes and judgment. Familiarity with DSPs/music streaming platforms is a plus.
Equipment Knowledge: Mac Computers, General Office Equipment, Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions
- Comfortable working conditions, handling light weight, intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
- Working environment: open office environment, some noise.
- Detailoriented work requiring mental acuity and accuracy.
- Normal business hours, 40 hours per week, but may be more to meet goals and cyclical times.
